I developed a cutting-edge e-commerce solution that combines modern technologies, seamless ERP integration, and Progressive Web App (PWA) capabilities to deliver an exceptional user experience and optimize business processes. The platform is built with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and responsiveness, ensuring it meets the demands of a dynamic and competitive market. By leveraging Next.js, WordPress and Nest.js for a full-stack implementation, the solution provides a cohesive environment for frontend and backend operations. Elasticsearch powers advanced search functionality, while RabbitMQ ensures smooth communication between the website and ERP system for real-time data synchronization. This solution has proven to be a robust, scalable, and efficient tool for business, offering not only an engaging shopping experience for customers but also a streamlined workflow for administrators.

The objective of this project was to design, develop, and implement a robust content management system (CMS) to extend the functionality of the client's existing ERP system, Retail Express. The CMS was intended to streamline the management of website content, enable custom reporting, and enhance in-store operations.

Developed multiple integrations for the business to streamline the business processes. Integrated platforms like monday.com, Xero, Go HighLevel, WordPress, etc., to enhance operational efficiency and data synchronization.

As a consultant, my primary responsibilities included comprehending high-level business requirements and producing detailed, accurate reports that facilitated strategic decision-making and advanced business analytics. I developed seamless integrations between various systems to automate and optimize business processes, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing manual intervention. Additionally, I designed and developed robust web-based applications tailored to enhance and streamline field operations, ensuring that remote and on-site work was efficiently managed and executed. My role required a blend of technical acumen and strategic insight, enabling me to deliver solutions that aligned with the business objectives and drove operational excellence.
